Pontremoli - cooking show - Filetto
Arrive in Pontremoli by train, traditional cooking show with «testi» by SlowFood. Cycle by e-bike across medieval villages in the Mab Unesco Reserve. Overnight in B&B in the historic walled byzantine village of Filetto.
Apennine National park
Cycle across the Apennine National Park with visit to a local farm producing certified PDO chesnut honey and flour. Tasting lunch with typical products.
Appenine - La Spezia
Arrive in La Spezia by train, free visit of the town or of the Gulf of Poets. Overnight in B&B.
Cinque Terre by e-mtb
Discover the Cinque Terre far from the crowd cycling by e-mtb among fishing villages, terraced vineyards, with breathtaking views over the sea. Visit to a local winery and tasting.
