This region is still not too much touristic, and therefore you will have a possibility to enjoy the silence and the beauty of the small villages, the cordiality of the local people and of course the local food and high quality wine.

Malpensa - Canelli and “Moscato”
Arrival in Malpensa airport and transfer to Canelli. Check-in at a local farmhouse. Departure for a visit of Moscato cellar and tasting of this famous sweet sparkling wine. Dinner and overnight at the farmhouse.
Canelli – Nizza Monferrato, “Spumante” and “Barbera”
After the breakfast visit of underground wine cellar where the sparkling wine or „Spumante” is produced. The wine cellars are the UNESCO World Heritage site, the historical wine cellars were built at the beginning of 18th century initially as small cellars to conserve wine, but now they extend under Monferrato hills for a total of 5000 square meters. At the end of the visit wine tasting. Light lunch in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon visit of „Barbera” wine producer in Nizza Monferrato. Barbera is the most famous red wine in this area. Return to the farmhouse for a cooking class and dinner from the dishes prepared. Overnight at the farmhouse.
Canelli – Gavi - Serravalle
After the breakfast departure to Gavi for a visit of the wine cellar of another famous wine of Piedmont – „Gavi”. After the visit wine tasting.
Departure to Serravalle outlet village and free time for lunch and shopping.
Return to the farmhouse, dinner and overnight.
Canelli – Vinchio/Vaglio – Alba and „Barbaresco”
After breakfast check-out from the farmhouse and departure to Vinchio to visit Vinchio Vaglio cellar and the vineyards. Wine tasting and pic- nic lunch.
Departure to Alba, city tour with some stops in local shops for tasting of local products – truffle, grissini, cheese. Visit of „Barbaresco” cellar with wine tasting. Check-in at a hotel near Alba, dinner and overnight.
The „Barolo” wine and Barolo castle
After the breakfast departure to Barolo, visit of a „Barolo” cellar with wine tasting and lunch.
In the afternoon visit of a bakery to see how the bread and breadsticks or „Grissini” are produced. Visit of Wine museum in Barolo. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
Turin and chocolate
After the breakfast departure to Turin for a city tour. During the tour stop in a famous chocolate factory for a short visit and tasting. Lunch in a local restaurant. In the afternoon return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight.
