Usually people know Liguria for Cinque Terre, but this amazing coast offers much more! There are different beautiful regional parks offering fabulous panoramas and rich flora and fauna. We visited just few of them!
Beigua regional park is located in about 40 minutes drive from the sea, a charming Varazze village. We visited just a very small part of a 440 km long path called “Alta via” which brings you through beautiful forests and Alpine meadows, small mountain villages and offers breathtaking views on the sea.
Portofino regional park offers trekking paths for everyone – starting from easy ones suitable for families with children and ending with “Via Ferrata” for experts. The paths bring you along fabulous, small beaches where you can take a bath. And of course – panoramas are unforgettable!
Montemarcello Magra reagional park is a perfect alternative for thos looking for a quiet place, away from the tourist masses. Here you can choose one of the trekking paths, try some water activities in river Magra or take a boat trip in the sea. This park is located close to the Cinque Terre villages.
